We’re proud to share an exclusive interview with Victoria, following RAVI’s recognition as Austria’s Best Luxury Beauty Brand 2025 by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards: Congratulations on winning your first Luxury Lifestyle Award! What does this recognition mean—for both you and RAVI?

Victoria Carillet: “It’s not just an award—it feels like a reward coming from above and a tangible proof that what we’re doing comes from the heart. We believe in what we do from the bottom of our soul … This award is a whisper from the universe: keep going, you’re on the right path.”


Formulating at the Full Moon

LLA: RAVI’s formulations are created during the full moon—a rare and spiritual approach. Can you share the inspiration behind this ritual and how it influences the product’s efficacy?

VC: “The full moon represents a peak moment in nature. … When we formulate during the full moon, it feels like the product absorbs that natural strength. For us, it’s not about mysticism. It’s about respecting rhythms and creating beauty with intention. Our formulas are born at the height of nature’s pulse.”


From Beauty Roots to Brand Vision

LLA: You began as a fashion influencer. What inspired your pivot toward founding a luxury beauty brand?

VC: “Talking about beauty was never enough—I wanted to create it. I started in my mother’s beauty salon … mixing colors, selecting actives, going to trade shows, organizing competitions. That world energized me. … Later I became a lawyer and worked in international organizations—it was compelling, but I felt pulled back to beauty. A place where I felt truly happy—and genuinely helpful to others. RAVI was born from memory and instinct—the kind you don’t forget.”


Ethical Luxury with Real Results

LLA: How do you balance a luxurious product experience with ethical responsibility?

VC: “I create products I would proudly give to my daughter. Ethics isn’t a trend—it’s a foundation. But results also must be real. … That’s why we favour production in Europe: Italy for haircare, Germany for skincare, and South Korea for microneedle technology. If I wouldn’t give it to my daughter, I wouldn’t give it to the world.”


Reinventing the Beauty Patch

LLA: Your Anti-Aging Microstructure Patches are a standout—what inspired them, and how are they doing?

VC: “We wanted a Botox-like effect, without needles, pain, or harsh chemicals. Just skin and powerful natural ingredients that actually work. Today, the patches are one of our best sellers. We didn’t invent patches. We reinvented what they could do.”

Ritual, Self-Love, and Simplicity

LLA: In our fast-paced digital era, how do you see ritual and self-love shaping the future of beauty?

VC: “Modern women don’t need ten-step routines. They don’t have time. They want three or four simple steps that truly work—not just promises, but real transformations in skin and hair. Less steps, more meaning. That’s the beauty modern women choose.”


Rooted in Vienna, Growing the World

LLA: What are your international growth plans, and how do you stay connected to RAVI’s Austrian heritage?

VC: “The plan? The U.S., Asia, the Middle East—the whole world, really. But not at any cost. We grow with soul, not just strategy. China and Germany are priority markets, where European beauty is deeply valued. But wherever RAVI goes, I want people to feel it was made for them. As I always say: ‘We’re not just selling skincare—we’re sharing a way of living, born in Vienna and carried by women around the world.’ Our Austrian roots keep us grounded—in quality, elegance, and purpose.”


Advice to Aspiring Creators

LLA: Finally, what advice would you give aspiring female entrepreneurs wanting to build brands that blend creativity, science, and soul?

VC: “Don’t wait for someone to give you the green light. Start with what you already have. Trust your idea and take it one step at a time.”
