The Clinical Evaluation Behind the Vitality Approach

The active anti-hair loss technology used within the Vitality philosophy was evaluated through an instrumental, clinical and subjective study performed over 12 weeks on male and female volunteers experiencing androgenic alopecia.

The study used phototrichogram analysis, an advanced imaging technique designed to measure hair growth phases and hair density evolution over time.

After 12 weeks of use, the study reported:

• a +6.7% increase in the total number of hairs measured
• a +5.2% increase in anagen hair — the active hair growth phase
• a -5.2% decrease in telogen hair — the resting phase associated with hair shedding

The product tested was also reported as well tolerated during the study.

In addition, 80% of volunteers judged the treatment very or fairly effective in helping diminish hair loss.
